Renting a space at Trader Marc’s is so simple. You can rent space by the weekend, every 4 weeks or ask for longer term discounts. A Trader Marc’s Vendor Service agent can help you decide which kind and size space would work best for your needs. We have listed the 3 types of spaces below with prices.

Yard Sale Alley (YSA)New and Used Merchandise: This is the place to turn those unwanted items in your garage and house into cash. Each yard sale space comes with 1 table that is 8 Feet long and 30 Inch’s wide. The size of the space is 8x10. If you rent for more than 1 day, you can leave your merchandise in your space. This saves time and energy loading and unloading! You can bring extra tables or displays with you as well. SATURDAY ONLY SPACES ARE SOLD OUT.
YSA Pricing: Friday -$10.00 | Saturday -$20.00 | Sunday -$15.00 | Special – Friday, Saturday and Sunday only $35.00
Weekly Table Rentals (DTR)This is the place to sell New or Used Products or sale your Services, get leads for an existing business or new business. These tables are located throughout Trader Marc’s. Each of these 10x10 spaces comes with 1 table that is 7 or 8 feet long by 30 inches wide. You may leave your merchandise in these spaces as long as the Spaces are rented for the week and always paid up in advance.
WTR Pricing Saturday and Sunday - $40.00 | Friday, Saturday and Sunday - $45.00
Lockable Mall Stores (LMS) – New Merchandise, Antiques, Services, Quality Used Merchandise: This is the place to sell New or Used Products or sale your Services, get leads for an existing business or new business. These tables are located throughout Trader Marc’s. Each of these 10x10 spaces comes with 1 table that is 7 or 8 feet long by 30 inches wide. You may leave your merchandise in these spaces as long as the Spaces are rented for all three days and always paid up in advance.
LMS Pricing 10 x 5 = $125.00 every 4 weeks (Only $11.50 per Day) 10 x 10 = $195.00 every 4 weeks (Only $15.00 per Day) 10 x 20 = $300.00 every 4 weeks (Only $23.00 per Day) Note – add $20.00 per month for each Corner Space Add $40.00 per month for each Space on Trader Marc Blvd.

Vendor Space Rental Information

Daily or Weekend Space Rental

Renting a space to sell any weekend at Trader Marc's is so simple. Here is all you need to do; to rent a table space for a day or weekend in an open 10 x 10 space just fill out our Vendor Information Form.You can alternately fill out a form when you arrive. Once you arrive proceed to our office located in the back of the Building next to the food Court. If you need more than 1 table you can rent an extra table from us or bring extra tables with you. Our Market hours are 10-5 PM Friday and Sunday and from 8-5 PM on Saturday. Set up time is from 8-10 AM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you rent for a 3 day weekend you can come set up on Wednesday or Thursday from 9-6 as well. We need for all vendors to be set up and ready to sell 5 minutes before the market opens on the day that they are selling. If you would like to reserve a spot for 2 days or more, please call 803-396-3800 or you can just show up. If you want to just rent for the day, all you need to do is show up on the day that you want to sell. The spaces are available on a first come first serve basis if you're renting for just 1 day. You will love selling at Trader Marc's! We have made our market very vendor friendly. Trader Marcs is the "Nicest Market in the South ". We have porters to help you unload and get your merchandise to your space. All of our spaces are indoor. Our facility is climate controlled and well lit! Vendors love that our facility is Warm in winter and cool in the summer. Our cleaning staff keeps our facility clean and our restrooms very clean. Another great feature we offer our daily vendors is that if they rent for 2 days or more, that they can leave their merchandise in there spots over night. This cuts down on loading and unloading time by 50% Trader Marc's has security guards during all market hours as well. Basic Rules at Trader Marcs: No Refunds. No Counterfeit or Stolen Merchandise. No Animals Except Small Dogs or Cats in a Stroller or Kennel. Management can remove any Vendor at any time and their space will be forfeited for bad behavior or unwanted merchandise or services. Trader Marc’s is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

Renting an Enclosed Monthly Booth

Renting an enclosed monthly booth space at Trader Marc's is very easy. We don't require any long term lease. We do a simple month to month rental agreement .We offer space sizes of, 5 x 10, 10 x 10, 10 x 15, 10 x 20 and 20 x 20 and up. We can also do custom size booths to fit your needs. If you would like more information on renting one of our enclosed monthly booths please fill out the online Vendor Rental Application information form. This is just an informational document and is not binding. This document helps us to understand quickly what you're looking for. It also allows us to give you personalized service based on what you're needs are. You can submit this document by email and a Trader Marc's customer care representative will call you back in 24 hours or less. Please feel free to come see the market on Wednesday and Thursday between 9-6 PM or you can come by on Friday, Saturday or Sunday between 9 to 6 PM.

There are many benefits to having a monthly enclosed booth over renting a daily space. We have listed a few below:

    1. You don't have to load and unload your product every week.
    2. You can build repeat business because your customers know where to find you. You can also advertise outside the market to let your customers know where to find you inside the market. (Craig's list Etc.)
    3. You can unfit your booth with Pegboard, Slat Wall or Grid Rack which allows you to maximize your space and to merchandise professionally. Being able to use wall space will allow you to merchandise up to 2 times or more product than a daily open 10 x10 space.
    4. Having a monthly space gives customer's confidence to buy from you because they know they can come back if they have a problem.
    5. You can lock your merchandise up which makes your merchandise more secure.
